Olly for hotdogs
Olly, our burger bun, is also available in the hotdog format. It’s a simple recipe, using only highly selected premium ingredients, without additives, preservatives, or GMOs.
Our hotdog bread is super soft and elongated, typical of American street food, which is gaining popularity in Italy. The filling is generally made of sausages topped with various sauces and sauerkraut, but countless recipes have been created by our customers using Olly, resulting in super soft, light, and slightly sweet buns, contrasting with the savory fillings.
Olly for hotdogs can be purchased with a sesame seed topping or in the classic version, with just a light egg wash on top.
Olly for gourmet hamburgers
We understand the needs of the HO.RE.CA. sector well, which is why we’ve created a wide and customizable catalog tailored to the requests of each individual point of sale.
We offer burger buns to suit all tastes: classic or sesame seed, with finishes including flax seeds, sunflower, poppy, and pumpkin seeds for more unique vegetarian or meat-based preparations. Colored buns are among the most requested, especially Olly red with beetroot, the black version with activated charcoal, and yellow Olly with turmeric.
Upon request, we’ve also provided buns in other colors: purple, green, blue, etc., without the addition of artificial coloring, maintaining the base recipe that has made Olly one of the most sought-after buns in the market.
For ice cream parlors or establishments that also serve granitas and ice cream, we also offer the sweet bun.
